Consumers may in principle withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons (§ 11 FAGG).

For digital content supplied at once (such as video courses and practice content), the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the supply begins, if you expressly agreed before payment and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right (§ 18 (1) no. 11 FAGG). We confirm this consent in the order confirmation e-mail and on the invoice.

Free content involves no payment. The rule that applies to a product is shown before payment.

Refunds of crypto payments are made in the same cryptocurrency and the same quantity that was paid, to an address you provide; the platform bears the network fee.
